Friend is made by a small team at Ecodia, and a real person answers. Whether something is broken, you want a hand getting set up, or you have a question about your account or your data, we are here to help.

Get help

Email code@ecodia.au and tell us what is happening. If something went wrong, let us know what you were doing when it did and which device you were on. We read every message and reply.

Common things

• Signing in. Friend uses your email and a password. If you cannot get in, email us and we will reset it for you.
• Photos and voice. The first time you attach a photo or use hands-free voice, your device asks permission for the camera or microphone. You can change these any time in your device Settings.
• Notifications. Turn notifications on or off in your device Settings under Friend.

Your account and your data

You can delete your account at any time from the You screen inside Friend. For a copy of your data, or anything else about how your information is handled, email us and read our privacy policy.
